Christmas Day Menu
Roasted Spiced Plum Tomato Soup
with basil crème fraiche swirl. Served with a hot crusty roll.
Chef’s Chicken Parfait
with dry sherry and cranberry butter, caramelised red onion jam and served with toasted wholemeal bread.
Cocktail of fresh Langoustine, Prawn and White Crab
with a brandy laden Marie rose sauce. Served on a bed of crispy gem lettuce and a side of wholemeal bread.
Caramelised Balsamic onion, Spinach and Goats Cheese Tart
served with a dressed rocket and cherry tomato salad.
The perfect palate cleanser in preparation for the main event.
Roast Norfolk Bronze Turkey & Honey Glazed Ham
Served with sage, leek and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, homemade Yorkshire pudding and Chef’s roast jus.
Slow Roasted Top Rib of Beef
Served with homemade Yorkshire pudding and a port and rosemary jus.
Oven Baked Fillet of Herb Crusted Halibut
Served with a parsley and white wine cream.
Half Roasted Guinea Fowl
with calvados and apples.
Vegan “Beef” Wellington
Plant based fillet with a duxell of mushrooms & shallots wrapped in a crispy pastry. Served with new potatoes, glazed root vegetables and a Thyme gravy.
