with a pear and pomegranate medley and pear and white wine chutney.

served with dressed crisp sald and a sweet chilli and lemongrass dip..

Main Courses

Roast Norfolk Bronze Turkey & Honey Glazed Ham

Served with sage, leek, red onion and sausage stuffing, pigs in blankets, homemade Yorkshire pudding and a roast gravy.

Roast Prime Beef Fillet

Served with Duchess potato, garlic mushroom tartlet with red wine and thyme jus.

Oven Baked Fillet of  Sea Bass

Served with sauté potato, sea salt and rosemary and a lemon caper dressing.

1/2 Roast Gressingham Duck

with braised fennel and a cranberry and Christmas spiced orange bigarade. (GF)

Mushroom Thyme and Sun Dried Tomato Wellington

with wilted spanach and knapped with a Chardonnay demi-glace. (V,GF)
