Senner

Diced chicken, mushroom and shallots in rich chicken gravy.   £12.95

Palomino

A classic creamy white sauce with diced chicken breast, potato, leeks and tarragon.   £12.95

Suffolk Punch

Chicken breast marinated in tikka spices and cooked gently in tomatoes and coconut milk.   £12.95

A classic pie of chunky chicken and ham in a white sauce with herbs, mushrooms and pink peppercorns.    £13.50

Knabstrup

MacSween Black pudding and diced chicken gently cooked in an onion and garlic sauce.   £12.95

Tennessee Walking Horse

Diced chicken cooked in homemade BBQ style sauce with celery, peppers and then lightly seasoned with oregano, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.   £12.95

The Lijiang Pony

Welsh Cob

Moroccan Barb

The Bhutia

The Dutch Warmblood

A traditional Hungarian goulash of pork shoulder gently cooked with potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onions, mushrooms, carrots, paprika, herbs and red peppers. £13.75

English Cob

Belly pork, stuffing, diced potatoes and apple with a touch of cider well seasoned with black pepper and sage. £12.95

The Shetland Pony

Liver and Kidneys slowly braised in Guinness with onions, carrots, celery, peas and herbs. £12.95

Pit Pony

Sausage meat and MacSween haggis with a ‘coal seam’ of MacSween black pudding topped off with green chillies. £13.50

Dapple

Caramelised onions, roasted pork shoulder, a touch of cider, finished with MacSween black pudding and sliced apples. A definite favourite. £13.75

Lusitano

Bacon and belly pork with pancetta, onions, carrots, ripe fresh tomatoes, cannellini beans and butter beans gently braised with chorizo, paprika and black pepper. £13.75

Marwari

Pork Vindaloo, for those who enjoy something really hot, a classic vindaloo made of belly pork and spices. £12.95

Quarter Horse

Belly pork cooked slowly on the rib in Coca-Cola and whisky, allowed to cool and then pulled off the bone. Mixed with sweetcorn, carrot, BBQ sauce and baked beans. (GF) £13.75

The Chestnut Horse

The Yorkshire Coach Horse

A mixed game and pork pie using seasonal game, minced pork and unsmoked bacon slowly cooked with red wine, port, shallots garlic and assorted herbs. £16.75

Skyros

Locally sourced rabbit braised and added to a Mediterranean tomato and black olive sauce with Macsween black pudding crumbled through along with garlic, cayenne, rosemary

The Baise Horse

Slow roasted cônfit of duck with garlic, celery, carrots, water chestnuts and herbs. (GF) £17.95

Peruvian Paso

Diced goat marinated in lager with fresh garlic, onion, coriander, parsley, annatto seeds and mustard. Then slowly cooked with tomatoes, sweet potato, celeriac and chillies. £17.25

The Canadian Pacer

Salmon, diced potatoes and fresh leeks cooked in a white dill and lemon sauce. £17.95

Seahorse

Mixed fish with peas in a creamy white sauce (very slightly curried) topped with mash and then pastry. £14.75

The Iberian

Assorted white fish, chorizo and bay leaves gently cooked with chickpeas, paprika and onion. £14.75

Tokara Pony

Classic Thai Red Curry with diced cod loin, onion, garlic, fresh root ginger and chillies. Gently cooked with coconut milk. (GF) £17.95

Mountain and Moorland

Butternut Squash, onion, sweet potato, rosemary, baby spinach and mozzarella with a cheesy stilton sauce. (V) £12.95
